How to Delete Your TeqHome Account

You can delete your account directly from within the TeqHome mobile application.

Open the TeqHome app
Go to Settings
Tap Delete Account
Confirm your request

Important: Account deletion is permanent. Once completed, your account and associated data will be removed according to this policy.

What Data Is Deleted

Your account profile information
Authentication and sign-in data
Device records linked to your account
User preferences and app-related data

What Data May Be Retained Temporarily

Some limited information may be retained for a short period where required for:

Legal compliance
Security and fraud prevention
Dispute resolution
Enforcing terms and platform integrity

Retained data will not be used for normal app operations.
